 1. How to install the program?

Run the installer (.exe file) and follow its instructions, or use the silent installation batch file (.cmd).

 2. What is silent installation?

Silent installation is a special mode of the installer, during which no dialog boxes are created, and all work is done automatically based on the parameters specified from the command line.

 3. What is a portable version?

A portable version is a version of a program that stores information about its work not in the registry and various corners of the file system, but next to the executable file. This approach is convenient if you often reinstall the system, or want to use programs on other computers from a flash drive. It can also be useful for use on a computer with an account with limited rights.

 4. Rabbit, you are a bad person, why the hell do I need this and why are you even adding it?

You agreed to the installation of the home page and search from hi.ru on the first page of the installer. In silent installation mode, this offer is not used and no changes are made to the system. You can remove it using the applet "Add or Remove Programs" control panel.

 5. What is the Settings.reg file for?

During its operation, the installer imports the settings.reg file information into the registry. If you are an experienced user, you can customize the above file as you wish. It should be noted that the file is optional and can be deleted.

 6. My antivirus swears on the assembly! Rabbit, you slipped me a trojan!

In my builds there have never been and never will be trojans and other malicious software. Antiviruses can swear at activators that are packaged in order to preserve the hacking method, can swear at hacked files, since they violate the rights of developers, can delete my assemblies based on complaints of particularly snappy ones (for example, authors USB Safely Remove and Zentimo xStorage Manager). And it happens that especially screeched antiviruses like Avast! And they swear at all for any assemblies compiled in NSIS. Dr.Web likes to block the hosts file, which is why programs get access to the network and as a result the problem goes to point 7.

 7. The program is not installed or unregistered, what should I do?

Make sure that your system meets the requirements specified at the beginning of the article (if you skip at least one point, considering it optional, then you can not read further - it still will not help);

• Uninstall the program using specialized utilities like Uninstall Tool, Revo Uninstaller, Total Uninstall and restart the computer;
• Delete unnecessary keys containing information about registration and trial period using the utility Registry Trash Keys Finder;
• Disable the antivirus - it may interfere with the correct activation of the program (if it is performed during installation). I guarantee the absence of malicious elements in my assemblies;
• Install the program by running the installer as administrator.

 8. A new version of the program has appeared, update the assembly!

Assemblies are compiled in NSIS, in my work I use Notepad ++, Total Commander, virtual machines and other available tools that vary from assembly to assembly. There is absolutely no time to create lessons, but the idea is good.

 10. And in my program it doesn’t work out and it doesn’t work out that way!
